Building design and construction forms an integral part of our activities. Leighton Welspun has been responsible for the construction of a number of landmark buildings across India.

Our capabilities include high-rise and specialty developments in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. We have extensive experience in building hi-tech manufacturing facilities and major IT developments, as well as facilities where quality and timely delivery are of paramount importance, such as hotels and airports.

Wherever possible, we apply our value management to identify opportunities for both qualitative and quantitative improvements at each stage of a project. Our Value management approach helps reduce capital costs as well as operating and maintenance costs.

We are also committed to developing innovative construction methods that add value to projects and to client relationships.  This includes ‘Alliance’ type contracting, which we have pioneered in India through the Ramanujan IT City Project in Chennai.

	Tritvam Residential Project, Kochi Leighton Welspun will deliver, under an Alliance Contract, five premium residential towers, complete with internal finishes, including a clubhouse, landscaped podium and associated car parking facilities.
	Wave II Leighton Welspun Contractors Pvt. Ltd., in conjunction with JV partner Infra 13, has been awarded a contract to construct the Wave II Project - a mixed use commercial development located in Sector 18, Noida, U.P.
	Wave One Wave One is a 39 storey mixed use commercial development with ~2.5 m sq ft built up area. It comprises of high end office spaces, retail, cinemas and food court areas, spread across 2 towers sitting on an extended podium of 14 levels, with nine levels of parking.
	Ramanujan IT Park Leighton International* has been awarded a contract to build the new Ramanujan IT Park in Chennai, India. The project is part of an alliance comprising of TRIL, Leighton and a number of specialist consultants.
